Great location. Great breakfast. Great public hot tub, a real relax after busy day. I have no negative sides to mention. I lost room key and had to pay for it 3000y, normal practice but just try secure your key card Great shopping spots around. Great transportation links. We loved it there and 100% book again! Thanks to amazing staff! Oh, happy hour 6-8pm. You can get a free drink. Amazing!

Great location in the middle of center, very efficient check-in and very helpful staff. They organized sending my suitcase home. Also the onsen is wonderful and I had it all by myself

Location was ok near shopping Street but closes early, walking distance from the station but not convenient with alot luaggue will need to take exit 10 instead with lift/escalator. Overall is good with buffet breakfast and free drinks between 6-8pm and comes with public bath too so quite a complete hotel with all the facilities
